Phase I:

The Consultation

Initial Consultations are free and consist of one of our professional staff members coming to your home to discuss your vision, budget and projected deadline, assessment/walk-through of the property, and what to expect moving forward. Any proceeding consultations may incur a fee.

Phase II:

Design & Planning

A second meeting is planned in order to discuss the options for your remodeling vision (HOA and other possible restrictions, various styles, color schemes, etc), a view of the project blueprints, permits, contract terms with signatures to follow and construction schedule.

Phase III:

Finalization

At this meeting, project details and blueprints are finalized. Our staff members will remain in consistent contact and will continually be available for your questions and concerns throughout your remodeling process. We are there for the entire construction process!
